What is the contract length?
Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Either side can end with 30 days' written notice, so transitions are planned and handovers are clean.

How is PTO handled?

Who owns the work product, and are NDAs signed?

How does billing work?

Each placement includes a 90-day replacement guarantee from the initial engineer's start date (one replacement per seat; the 90-day window does not reset).
